The training and formation of new local networks and the strengthening of existing networks.

Talitha Kum training and formation aims to educate 400 religious sisters, collaborators and 50 Talitha Kum leaders. The content includes: current analysis of human trafficking worldwide; root causes; Catholic Social Teaching; psychological and sociological approaches; care of the carers; trauma healing; advocacy; legal frameworks.
