Talitha Kum have developed a Communications Strategic Plan which aims to provide all 26 networks with a variety of communication tools. It will design a pilot formation program in communications which will be followed by 50 training sessions. The content includes social media, new technologies, public speaking and relationships with the media.  The aim is to establish 4 Communications and Support Offices globally.
