The network started in 2009, after religious from Romania met in Roma at the Talitha Kum assembly.
There were sisters from the following congregations: Carmelite Misionaries, Congregatio Jesu, Franciscans from Asissi, FCJ, SCAJA (Ioana Antida Thouret) and vincentian. We were arround 9 people keen to work against human trafficking in Romania.
Sr. Raquel Diaz Flores was the president for the first 2 years, when she was send to mission in onether country by her superior and other members were given missions utside Bucharest. After this event, the group consisted of 5 sisters, 3 from Congregatio Jesu, one from FCJ and two from CM.
Raising awareness against human traffikincg, suporting victims of human trafficking, supporting members of the network in their mission, collaborating with national and international organisations and state institutions to put and end to human trafficking.
